Funny, this is not the picture that comes to mind when I think "Bakersfield."
Surely Dave you must of heard that we received quite a bit of rain around these parts this past winter. Don't you follow the weather channel? California is in full bloom and it looks more New Zealand or Ireland than California...Truth be known about Bakersfield...We did receive our third highest rainfall total ever but that was only a bit above nine inches. Bakersfield is already torched, burn't, and dusty. Didn't figure anyone would want to see what it "really" looks around my neck of the woods so you might say I cheated a bit and sent a picture of what my imagination wished it looked around here.
