Bill, you look grate! Congratulations on accomplishing the hard work of rehab and (the hardest part) self-reconfiguration.
I now tip the scale at a svelte 120, don't smoke (tobacco), eat a mostly vegetarian diet (heavy on fish) do yoga every day in addition to teaching it a couple times a week, sleep nine hours a night, and never felt better.
Thanks Dave, and great to hear that you have made some significant healthy choice changes yourself. I suspect quitting smoking was a tough one while sleeping nine hours a day must have come easy, particularly considering you now live in the Northwest.
