I actually made up the story one day last week and told some colleagues during a department meeting and they thought it was funny so I thought I would pass it along....

Dave...I have given up on trying to analyze football games which was the other point I wanted to get across with this blog entry. I have no emotional ties with either team so I am willing to not take sides...while my dream related prediction was pure fantasy I just can't imagine a team with such a young and inexperienced quarterback has much a chance in this game...and...that will be my extent of my analysis of this game....Bilbohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12904580918080106725noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10455024.post-88482065293504714832007-02-03T08:34:00.000-08:002007-02-03T08:34:00.000-08:00Very interesting approach to this game, Bilbo... t...Very interesting approach to this game, Bilbo... though it seems like you had little conscious choice in the matter. Not having had such compelling dreams myself, I haven't yet been able to draw up my own forecast. I have decided to root for the Bears though, having more affinity for Chicago (and friends from that area) than for Indianapolis.

But I like the Colts too and wouldn't really mind seeing them as champs. I really need to engage in some analytical thinking about the matchups. (My present intuition leads me to "feel" that the Bears will win but I'm not taking it too seriously... yet.) After I do that analysis, I will post my own fearless predictions on my blog... either later today or tomorrow morning.David Blakesleehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12167200509158903679noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10455024.post-85720444345114343972007-02-03T07:31:00.000-08:002007-02-03T07:31:00.000-08:00LOL! This is cracking me up (though I get that you want to be taken seriousl). :) I am just laughign picturing the shock of Peyton Manning's face over the slain beast.

The expert tide has turned against the Colts so I hope you're right. I just can't bear the thought of Rex having a ring while Peyton does not.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00088119765077193302noreply@blogger.com
